I play soccer, bike, run, but don't like the idea of doing weights.

most of the stuff on tv is retarded and useless, ie. the shake weight BS, all those ab thins BS, the bowflex stuff is decent but still horrible compared to real equipment, the only good thing on tv is p90x and the iron gym pull up bar, dont waste you money on anothing else.
but anyways i finished my first workout of P90x, it was Chest and back and man it was pretty tough, im waiting to upload my start pictures cause its off a dumb phone, and ill put a few stats on repetitions in the major exercises of the program.

my starting weight is 143lbs, and the only stats ill care about are push ups and pull ups, On Day 1 i did 30 push ups and 15 pull ups.
day 1 was Chest and Back, with ab ripper, it was pretty hard id say i got a pretty good workout as well as burned a ton of calories, the workout is pretty much not stop with a few 30sec breaks here an there, it was pretty much a ton of push up and pull up in different variations with a few sets of dumbbell rows and flys

today is shoulders and arms
But i have been looking stuff up and have decided to change the workout plan of p90x to make the results i want to come faster
what im going to do is cut out most of the cardio because im looking to put on more mass at the moment and im also going to speed up the program by doing the resistance workouts twice a week, ill put it up later on how it will work
also im going to officially start on monday, because i forgot this weekend alot of my friends are leaving town so theres too much distractions haha
