So following recent event's I'm going to be going to a therapist twice a week and drug tested twice a week for 90 days.

On that note, I'm dying parts of my hair purple soon.

This is going to be very weird.

What would these recent events be?

Well I have no choice, if i have anything show up on a test after the first one then we start the 90 days over, so fuck that shit. It's just gonna be so weird, but I'm gonna have so much money saved up and or spent on food.

Recent events in short without going into detail: cut self, went to hospital & got stitches, went to psych ward for 3 days.

They've so far deducted I'm not crazy, and the therapist i went to said we might look into me having adhd rofl. Also nobody hardly cares about my anxiety when i tell them but whatever.

That's rough dude. I know it doesn't sound comparable but I stopped drinking soda a while back. That was pretty rough for me because, as those of you who have met me know, I'm not the smallest human being on the planet. But I got through it. What I mean to say is that if you really want to make a change in your life, it's possible, no matter how improbable it may seem on paper.

I appreciate your posts. Stopping drinking soda or caffeine especially would be hard for me too. I see me taking a break as a good thing and bad thing though, cause i mean come on, can't be so negative, that'll kill ya.

It'll be hard to resist temptation but the whole idea of starting the program over is enough to scare me to not. I am going to ask for help with my anxiety though, it really has been messing with me lately. When i am able to use again, if at the end of this they haven't turned me sober for good, I'll have had a tolerance break, plus i won't use all the time of course.

Honestly you know it's possible that the drugs are at least part of the cause of the anxiety. I know that when I used to smoke everyday and get drunk a lot, I had some anxiety issues.

Yeah that's something I'm considering, but if it doesn't go away when i stop then it might me more internal maybe.

I'm focusing on music, people, and food a lot more now lol. Also though, I've been very lazy lately, not a good thing but i can't help it.

By the way this totally ended a while ago but I'm better at controlling my use now.
