Interesting tutorial! The only problem I have with using other peoples' textures is that you lose the creative capabilities of making your own planet. It looks fine, but I'd like to be able to make my own civilization to go in it!

This is pretty sweet - I havnt ever tried the "spherize" tool - the final result looks pretty great.
